Tea for Coffee Professionals

Location: Onyx Tonics, 126 College St, Burlington, VT 05401

Price: $15 through venmo (DM @vt.coffee on Instagram or email maya@uncommonvt.com to sign up)

Space is limited, so act quickly if you’d like to attend!

Come explore the flavors and history of the most popular drink in the world (second after water). Many coffee shops serve tea in one way or another, and yet many baristas don’t have access to in-depth information about it.

In this evening presentation and tasting, we will experience the wide variety of flavors tea can naturally provide, explore the 5,000 year history of tea, and learn some of the science behind tea and tea brewing.

All teas offered during this presentation are donated by our friends at Stone Leaf Teahouse in Middlebury, VT. Thank you to Onyx Tonics for agreeing to share their wonderful space for this event.
